Louis van Gaal reacted angrily when the subject of his future came up after Manchester United's 1-1 draw at Chelsea.
The Dutchman has already dismissed reports that Jose Mourinho has been earmarked to replace him at Old Trafford, but the issue came up again following the match at Stamford Bridge.
When one reporter asked Van Gaal if improved performances are important because "the club is trying to replace you", Van Gaal produced a stern response.
