Manchester United striker Anthony Martial suffered a foot injury during France's 2-0 defeat to England at Wembley.
The 19-year-old was substituted in the 67th minute and was seen leaving the stadium on crutches with a bandage around his foot.
France head coach Didier Deschamps said: "He is in a lot of pain but it is just a knock on the top of his foot."
United travel to Watford for the lunchtime kick-off on Saturday and are already dealing with a number of injury concerns.
Michael Carrick left the field on a stretcher during England's 2-0 defeat to Spain last Friday, while Chris Smalling was also substituted during that game.
United are also currently without striker James Wilson and midfielder Marouane Fellaini, while Luke Shaw and Antonio Valencia are long-term absentees.
