Newcastle forward Ayoze Perez has soared to the Power Rankings' summit this week.
The 25-year-old scored his first Premier League hat-trick during a 3-1 win over Southampton to become the club's top scorer in the league this season with 10 goals.
Elsewhere, Everton full-back Lucas Digne (No 2) and Gylfi Sigurdsson (No 3) were among the goals as Marco Silva's side humiliated Manchester United with a 4-0 win at Goodison Park.
Mohamed Salah (No 7) and Trent Alexander-Arnold (No 9) both secured top-10 standings after Liverpool maintained their title tilt with a 2-0 victory in Cardiff, while Crystal Palace's Luka Milivojevic (No 4) teed up two goals in a 3-2 win at Arsenal.
Meanwhile, Burnley's Chris Wood retained No 6 spot after the Clarets held Chelsea at Stamford Bridge, with Blues' talisman Eden Hazard (No 3) slipping one place down the chart.
