Can Manchester City get a psychological edge over Liverpool? Will Cardiff spring an almighty upset? All the key questions ahead of a crunch Premier League weekend.
It's been an enthralling title race already, but a win for City against Tottenham in Saturday's lunchtime kick-off could affect Liverpool's mentality heading into Super Sunday.
Another win against the north London club they've beaten in their last three Premier League games and City will go top for a day at least. For Tottenham, a victory would go a long way in their push for a top four finish.
Everton's Premier League record against United is notoriously bad, having lost more matches against Manchester United than any side has against another in league history.
But Sunday presents Everton the opportunity to push for seventh and a Europa League qualifying spot. Having won three of their last four matches, the Merseyside club will feel confident facing a United side that were outclassed at the Nou Camp in midweek.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's men, meanwhile, need a win to stay in the top four race and put their Champions League exit behind them.
A sleepy, routine Liverpool win may have been expected at the start of the week, but Cardiff have blown the relegation run-in wide open with a 2-0 win over 17th-placed Brighton on Tuesday, closing the gap to two points.
As a result, Sunday's game now takes even greater importance. For Liverpool, winning the league remains the target and need three points from every game to keep City off their backs.
But Cardiff now have the bit between their teeth and will be desperate to spring an upset at what should be a raucous Cardiff City Stadium.
Chelsea's 2-0 loss to Liverpool on Super Sunday dented their top four hopes, but before that they had won their previous three matches and do sit level on points with fourth-placed Arsenal on 66 points heading into the weekend.
But they come up against a Burnley side who have won their last three and have all-but sealed their Premier League safety.
Chelsea have won six of their nine Premier League matches against Burnley, while Sean Dyche's side have only won one of their last 11 matches away to Chelsea in all competitions. Chelsea will be expected to win this one.
Both clubs sprung surprise results last weekend. Already-relegated Fulham saw off Everton to record their first Premier League victory in ten matches while Bournemouth produced an emphatic 5-0 win down the coast at struggling Brighton.
Bournemouth are six points off seventh and will still be hoping to snatch a potential Europa League place, and they will feel energised against Scott Parker's team who are playing for nothing but pride.
Fulham's record at the Vitality Stadium is not favourable either, having only won two of their 13 league visits to Bournemouth.
Huddersfield are down and out, but Watford are certainly not and will want to bounce back strong after they were unfortunate not to grab a point against Arsenal on Monday Night Football.
The FA Cup finalists are one point off seventh, but their run-in has been made harder by the fact Troy Deeney will miss their next three matches through suspension.
Huddersfield can take confidence from their good record against Watford in the Premier League. The Hertfordshire club could become the first team Huddersfield have beaten three times in the competition.
Leicester are in pole position for the race for seventh, although Wolves, who have a game in hand, are breathing down their necks.
It means Leicester must forget about their 1-0 Friday Night Football defeat to Newcastle and overcome West Ham who have only managed one victory in their last nine encounters against them.
A top half finish looks to be the aim now for Manuel Pellegrini's side, who will be without the suspended Robert Snodgrass this weekend. He has been given a one-match ban for misconduct towards UK Anti-Doping officials.
It's a big game for Brighton. They're on a four-game losing run in the league and are now fully immersed in a relegation battle.
The pressure is on Chris Hughton to deliver all three points but they have to do so against Wolves, whose FA Cup semi-final exit to Watford appears to have affected their seventh-place pursuit as they slumped to a 3-1 loss at Southampton on Saturday.
Newcastle are all-but safe in the Premier League for another year, but Rafael Benitez said after their 1-0 win over Leicester that he wants assurances of investment if he is to extend his contract which expires at the end of the season.
In the immediate future, securing as high a league finish as possible appears to be the priority with the club seemingly needing to convince the Spaniard to stay on rather than the other way around.
But Southampton are not fully out of the relegation battle yet as they are five points off 18th-placed Cardiff with five games to go.
Ralph Hasenhuttl's resurgent side have only lost one of their most recent nine Premier League games against Newcastle and will want to build momentum after their 3-1 win over Wolves.
A laboured victory against Watford on Monday Night Football will have done little to convince the Arsenal supporters. At the Emirates, Unai Emery's side will be expected to put on a more entertaining performance as they go for top four.
Emery may choose to rest players after playing Napoli in their Europa League second leg on Thursday night as they will have played twice in the space of four days.
But that could risk London rivals Palace, who could still achieve a top-ten finish, springing a surprise upset.
