Jamie Redknapp and Thierry Henry were in the Super Sunday studio to analyse Southampton's 3-0 victory over West Ham.
The defeat was the Hammers' fourth in a row in the Premier League while Saints have now won four games on the spin in all competitions.
In-form Charlie Austin put Saints ahead before half-time and Dusan Tadic and James Ward-Prowse also netted in the second half.
Redknapp said West Ham were "shambolic" and believes the players are lacking confidence after their poor start to the season.
"It was shambolic from West Ham. I can't believe how poor they were," he commented. "There's a lack of confidence, but people aren't doing their jobs.
"The amount of chances Southampton had, it could have been 6-0.
"It will change, but they have to get players fit. They have too many good players for it not to change."
