Sean Dyche blasts his side's 'four minutes of madness' in defeat to Leicester

Sean Dyche blamed “four minutes of madness” from Burnley after they were dispatched 3-0 by Leicester.
Leicester's record signing, who joined from Sporting Lisbon for £29m, scored either side of half-time to provide the catalyst for the Premier League champions to stretch their unbeaten home record to 19 games in a 3-0 win over Burnley.
The striker opened the scoring with a header from Christian Fuchs' free-kick and grabbed his second with a close range effort before Ben Mee's own goal completed the scoring.
"It was four minutes of madness," said Dyche.
"Two minutes before half-time we give away an awful free-kick for no reason and then lost our shape. Then two minutes after half-time we give away an awful pass in midfield. They break and get 14 deflections before the ball hits the guy on the head and goes in. We're in trouble after that. Leicester are a very good side - they've learnt well and their mentality is strong. We've got to have that belief - it's a difficult one.

"You can't have the four minutes we had at this level - even in the Championship you get punished."
Burnley have failed to score in six of their last eight Premier League games away from home and they attempted just two shots on target in this match.
The lack of quality in the final third is a worry for Dyche, but it's something his team will improve on as the season progressed.
"We kept the ball well, but we've got to penetrate," Dyche said.
"Playing this system your wide players have to get into the game and we didn't really do that. We had plenty of work ethic but we didn't supply the quality into Andre Gray in order to open them up. We were trying to get Steven Defour in the game as he's got quality. That's the key in this division you need that top third to be right.
"We've got to keep learning and building in order to win games and develop a side. We've got to get used to this league - it's a difficult one, that's our challenge. We want to be in it beyond this season."
