Sky Sports will show title-chasers Leicester City and Tottenham Hotspur five times and Manchester City four times each in April and early May, as the race to win the Barclays Premier League enters the vital final stages.
In one of the most unpredictable seasons in years, league-leading Leicester face stiff challenges against European hopefuls West Ham and Southampton as well as relegation-threatened Sunderland and Swansea City.
Arsenal will also feature live on Sky Sports three times in April, at home to Crystal Palace and Norwich City, and away to Sunderland.
Elsewhere, the champions from the last two years face off at Stamford Bridge as Chelsea host Manchester City, and there's a midweek Merseyside derby as Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool entertain Everton.
In all, Sky Sports will show at least 18 games in April and the first weekend of May.
Sky Sports Head of Football Gary Hughes said: "Four clubs remain in the title race and these are the games that could decide it. As the season reaches its penultimate month, Sky Sports is the only place to watch these crucial matches in the run in."
Sky Sports viewers are enjoying another huge season of live football, including 127 matches from the Football League, 300 matches from La Liga, Capital One Cup, the climax of UEFA 2016 qualification, SPFL and Scottish Cup action, as well as MLS and Eredivisie.
Sky Sports will show at least four more seasons of live Premier League football, with the number of live games increasing from 116 to 126 per year from the 2016/17 season.
Sky Sports viewers can look forward to an unrivalled schedule of live sport in 2016, including all four of golf's Majors for the first time, The Ryder Cup, the ICC World Twenty20, England rugby's tour of Australia and the ATP World Tour Finals.
