Sky Bet now make Arsenal the 15/8 favourites to win the Premier League ahead of leaders Leicester at 9/4 following the conclusion of the weekend's action.
Leicester, 5,000/1 pre-season shots to finish on top, had moved to the head of Sky Bet's odds on Saturday after the impressive 3-1 win at Manchester City but Arsenal's 2-0 victory over Bournemouth live on Super Sunday has seen the Gunners move to the front of the market.
Two goals from Robert Huth and another from Riyad Mahrez put Leicester well in control at City before Sergio Aguero netted a late consolation with three minutes to play.
That Aguero goal was widely celebrated by one Sky Bet punter in particular, who won a massive £10,000 off a £10 bet on Huth to score first in a 3-1 away win at 1,000/1.
That is not the only big hit Sky Bet could take on Leicester this season as 20 punters with the firm could win a combined £5m if Leicester hold on to top spot.
One punter placed a £40 bet on at odds of 5,000/1 and now stands to make £200,000 if the Foxes still hold sway in May.
Sky Bet were still offering 1000/1 on Leicester at the start of November as Sandro Di Michele, the head of PR at Sky Bet, said: "It's great to see a Leicester City supporter having a speculative bet in August that is now a serious runner in February.
"If Claudio Ranieri's team did the unthinkable it would be a terrible result for us, as we currently stand to lose over £5m if Leicester win the league.
"However, it would be the greatest ever achievement in the history of the Premier League and who wouldn't want to see that."
Arsenal sit five points behind Leicester in third, the two teams meet at the Emirates Stadium next Sunday, with second-placed Tottenham ahead of the Gunners on goal difference.
Spurs are priced up by Sky Bet at 5/1 in the title betting with Manchester City, six points adrift of Leicester in fourth, at 3/1 to claim the Premier League crown.
Manchester United can be backed at 40/1 to finish at the summit following the 1-1 draw at Chelsea on Super Sunday and the Red Devils are on offer at 2/1 with Sky Bet for a top-four finish behind Leicester, Tottenham, Arsenal and Manchester City, who are all odds-on for Champions League qualification.
