Ahead of Rivalry Weekend, live on Sky Sports, we check the stats to discover which clubs reign supreme in their upcoming showdowns...
We've checked the head-to-head records of the five big rivals clashes shown live on Sky Sports this weekend, to see how the teams have fared in the fixtures over the past 120 years or more.
CURRENT HEAD-TO-HEAD FORM: DEADLOCK
The past four fixtures between England's two most successful teams have ended in a draw, so a victory for either side is certainly overdue.
That run of stalemates means the clubs are neck-in-neck in this fixture, with neither side currently reigning over the other.
However, United have been the team in decline, having enjoyed their great run of head-to-head dominance over Liverpool during the 1990s, while the Merseysiders' best streak in fixtures against United came during the 1920s.
CURRENT HEAD-TO-HEAD FORM: WOLVES
Aston Villa's dominance over Wolves has plummeted over the last seven years, having claimed only one victory from six meetings since 2011.
Wolves experienced a similar collapse in the fixture - crashing from their dominant peak during the late 1950s to an all-time low in 1980.
CURRENT HEAD-TO-HEAD FORM: DERBY
Derby have only lost three of their last 13 meetings with Nottingham Forest and have enjoyed greater success in the fixture for nearly 60 years.
Forest's peak came during the mid-1950s, before which Derby recorded the greatest levels of superiority during the late 1890s and early 1900s.
CURRENT HEAD-TO-HEAD FORM: CELTIC
Rangers last beat Celtic in a league contest six years ago and have only defeated their Glasgow rivals once in the 11 games since - winning a penalty shootout in the Scottish FA Cup in 2016.
However, Rangers are keeping relative pace with the Bhoys in the Scottish Premiership this season - sitting six points adrift in runners-up spot, with one game extra played.
The Gers will now look to reduce the biggest disparity of head-to-head form between the two sides since they first met in 1890 when they host Brendan Rodgers' side on Sunday.
CURRENT HEAD-TO-HEAD FORM: HIBS
Across the way in Edinburgh, Hibernian host Hearts - with Hibs edging their rivals by nine points in the league and in recent head-to-head form - although Hearts claimed a 1-0 victory during the most recent meeting in January.
Hibs currently have the greatest dominance over their neighbours since the 1970s, after which Hearts tended to come out on top until recent years.
