La Liga players heading to the Premier League?

La Liga to Premier League?

Arsenal's Gabriel Paulista and Aston Villa's Carles Gil were among the Premier League's Spanish imports in January 2015 - but who could switch La Liga for the Premier League in this window?

Sky Sports' Spanish football expert Terry Gibson has selected five talents from Spain's top flight who could make a move to England this month, including a Barcelona striker.

Which of these players would you like to see your team sign?

Sandro Ramirez, Barcelona

"With Aleix Vidal and Arda Turan now available, 20-year-old Sandro Ramirez may find himself surplus to requirements at Barcelona. He is a strong, fast and direct striker who has shown an eye for goal, despite most of his appearances coming in a wide attacking position.

"He could possibly be a loan option - although Barcelona may even be prepared to sell him with a buy-back option."

Stat: Sandro scored 12 minutes into his Barcelona La Liga debut in a 1-0 win over Villarreal in August 2014.

Nolito, Celta Vigo

Celta Vigo forward Nolito scored twice as they defeated Rayo Vallecano 3-0

"There has been speculation all season regarding the future of Nolito at Celta.

"He has been in super form for the last season and a half now. He has been so good in fact that he looks certain to be named in Vicente del Bosque's Spain squad for the Euros in the summer.

"A goalscoring winger, Nolito signed from Benfica and has really flourished at Celta. He has been heavily linked with a return to Barcelona - who sold him to Benfica - but, in all honesty, I don't see that happening now they have Turan and Vidal available.

"At the age of 29 it is now that he either moves or stays at Celta for the long term. The temptation might be too great for player and club to resist if a big money offer was to be made."

Sofiane Feghouli, Valencia.

Sofiane Feghouli has certainly proved he is a good player at Valencia and, out of contract in the summer, could attract interest. He is a very fast, hard-working and talented right winger.

"He has not featured under Gary Neville yet due to injury and it appears his time at Valencia is coming to an end as no agreement has been reached yet regarding a new contract.

"At 26, the Algerian international will be a fantastic Bosman signing in the summer - or will somebody be able to strike a deal now?"

Lucas Perez, Deportivo La Coruńa

A massive surprise in La Liga this season has been the form and goalscoring of Lucas Perez. He was signed by Depor last summer after initially spending a season on loan from PAOK.

"In his loan season he scored six times to convince Depor to spend their entire summer transfer budget of 1.5m euros on him. He was the only player from 15 [signings] that they paid money for!

"He has now scored 12 times this season and despite Depor wanting to keep him, there will be a massive temptation for them to make a big profit on the 27-year-old, as they have a need to ease obvious financial restraints at the club."

Ciro Immobile, Sevilla

Italy's forward Ciro Immobile

"Ciro Immobile joined Sevilla in the summer on a loan from Borussia Dortmund but the Italian has had very little playing time this season as Unai Emery prefers to play with just the one striker. That, unfortunately for Immobile, appears to be a competition between Kevin Gameiro and Fernando Llorente - leaving the Dortmund man very much on the fringes.

"Immobile did play against Real Madrid, scoring in a 3-2 win for Sevilla. But he needs to be playing at the age of 25 and a deal must be there that suits Sevilla, Dortmund, Immobile and a different club. Everyone is looking for a striker!"

Sky Sports in Italy are reporting the Dortmund loanee could be on his way back to Serie A though, with his former club Torino leading the race for his signature. Immobile certainly left his mark during a season-long spell Torino, scoring 22 goals in 33 appearances during the 2013/14 season, before leaving for Dortmund. Could he be heading back to his native Italy over a move to England?
