Cyrus Christie marked his competitive debut for the Republic of Ireland with his first international goal - and it was a cracker.

The Derby full-back opened the scoring after 26 minutes when he slalomed between a cluster of defenders and found the far corner with the outside of his boot.

Robbie Keane went on to net a quickfire double, before Shane Long added a late fourth without reply as Martin O'Neill's side leapfrogged Scotland into third in Group D.
