CONFIRMED: Harvey Elliott - Liverpool have confirmed the signing of Fulham's 16-year-old winger.
CONFIRMED: Sepp van den Berg - Liverpool have signed the 17-year-old from Eredivisie club PEC Zwolle.
Philippe Coutinho - Tottenham are favourites to sign Philippe Coutinho on a season-long loan, Sky Sports News understands (August 7); Jurgen Klopp has ruled out a return for the Brazilian, saying it is not the year for a "big-money signing" (July 25). The former Liverpool man is keen to re-join the club on loan from Barcelona this summer, with an option to buy for £88m (Calciomercato, July 15).
Philipp Max - Liverpool are weighing up whether to join Barcelona in the race to land the £18m-rated Augsburg left back (Express, July 21). Liverpool have made the Augsburg full back a target as they seek competition for Andy Robertson following Alberto Moreno's exit. (Sport, July 20).

Ryan Kent - Leeds boss Marcelo Bielsa is keen to sign Ryan Kent before Thursday's deadline (various, August 7); Bielsa attended Liverpool's pre-season clash with Bradford in order to scout the midfielder (Daily Express, July 16). Rangers will have to wait until Liverpool's US tour is over to try and re-sign Kent, with the winger called up to the Reds' pre-season squad (Scottish Sun, July 16).
Ovie Ejaria - Liverpool are not prepared to loan out the England U21 international - but they would be prepared to sell the midfielder (Liverpool Echo, July 24); Reading have become favourites to get the nod from Liverpool to have the midfielder on loan again next season. (The Sun, June 16).
Dejan Lovren - Milan have ended their interest in the Liverpool centre back (Gazzetta dello Sport, July 22). Milan are interested in signing the Liverpool centre back, according to Sky in Italy. However, the Reds would only consider letting the defender leave if they receive an offer of at least £25m for the Croat. (The Times, June 13). Lovren's agent has now flown to meet with the Serie A side (Star, June 15).
