Italy

Juventus have plans in place to bring former manager Antonio Conte back to Turin. Rumours have surfaced over recent weeks hinting at Massimiliano Allegri's possible departure at the end of the current campaign. Behind the scenes, the Serie A leaders have sounded out a return for the former Chelsea boss with Conte reportedly keen on rejoining the club. (Corriere Dello Sport)

Japanese club Vissel Kobe could be about to add to their Spanish contingent. Already able to call upon World Cup winners Andres Iniesta and David Villa, they are now interested in Barcelona midfielder Sergi Samper. Schalke ultras stripped Benjamin Stambouli of the captain's armband after the club's 4-0 home defeat to Fortuna Dusseldorf. Last season's Bundesliga runners-up are struggling in 14th position. Pep Guardiola revealed on Friday that he wants to recruit three or four players during the summer. A left-back is on his list due to Benjamin Mendy's injuries. The France international has missed large chunks of both seasons since his move to the Etihad forcing Guardiola to field midfielders in the full-back area. Chelsea's transfer ban may have dented their hopes to bring in Zinedine Zidane. The former Real Madrid boss had been identified as the club's top target to replace Maurizio Sarri.
