We have asked fans of all 24 Sky Bet Championship clubs where their team needs strengthening, who they need to keep hold of and who their ideal signing would be in January.

Where does your team need strengthening?
Due to the huge turn around in the summer, the team needs strengthening throughout. One experienced player in each department would be ideal, but unrealistic.
Who do you need to keep hold of?
We need to try and keep hold of our youngsters like Flynn Downes, Jack Lankester, Andre Dozzell and Myles Kenlock. Although the person we really can't lose is Paul Lambert.
Who is your ideal signing?
The last time we were in trouble, DJ Campbell came in on loan and scored quickly. A similar proven Championship striker loan - like a Rudy Gestede - would make a difference in tight games.

Where does your team need strengthening?
We need to sign another goalkeeper and a winger as our current options in those positions - Bailey Peacock-Farrell, Ezgjan Alioski and Jack Harrison - have been struggling form-wise for months.
Who do you need to keep hold of?
It has to be centre-back Pontus Jansson. He is simply irreplaceable. His composure and ability on the ball makes him absolutely pivotal to Marcelo Bielsa's playing-out-the-back philosophy.
Who is your ideal signing?
Keiren Westwood. He would fit our style of play perfectly and offers plenty of leadership and experience. Plus he has consistently been the best goalkeeper at this level for the last five years.

Where does your team need strengthening?
Tony Pulis said at the start of the season that we badly lacked pace and width. That requirement has become even more essential if we are to compete for promotion.
Who do we need to keep hold of?
We lost our three best players last summer - Ben Gibson, Adama Traore and Patrick Bamford. We cannot afford a repeat. Pulis has to keep Darren Randolph as well as all other first-team regulars.
Who's your ideal signing?
We have already signed winger Rajiv van La Parra on loan. But with Martin Braithwaite now departed, we need goal-getters with zing and vision as well as creative players. Bradley Dack would be perfect.

Where does your team need strengthening?
On the wing and and upfront. Recalling Ben Thompson from Portsmouth and Fred Onyedinma from Wycombe has somewhat eased the lack of depth in midfield.
Who do we need to keep hold of ?
Centre-back Jake Cooper. A man-mountain in both boxes at over 6ft and with five goals so far this season - simply irreplaceable.
Who's your ideal signing?
Midfielder Ben Marshall was simply outstanding when he joined Millwall on loan last season. He is now at Norwich and it hasn't quite worked out. I would love to see him back at The Den.

Where does your team need strengthening?
Teemu Pukki and super-sub Jordan Rhodes have been immense goalscorers for Norwich this season but both lack pace. We need a tall, fast, strong, homegrown young forward to run at defences.
Who do we need to keep hold of?
Arsenal and Tottenham are already fighting over right-back Max Aarons. If he does go, the price has to be £25m upwards with the proviso that he is loaned back to us for the rest of the season.
Who's your ideal signing?
I would be happy to see Norwich sign a pacy forward like Michael Obafemi (Southampton), Duncan Watmore (Sunderland) or Ollie Watkins (Brentford).

Where does your team need strengthening?
I think we could do with a bit more pace out wide. As we have only really got Lewis Grabban up front, another striker would also be good.
Who do we need to keep hold of ?
We certainly need to keep hold of midfielder Joe Lolley. He is looking tired and is not 100 per cent fit at the moment, but a fully-fit Lolley is a game changer.
Who's your ideal signing?
We have been linked with Portsmouth's Ronan Curtis and he certainly fits the bill. Nine goals so far this season and can play on the wing as well as a up top. He is only 22, so ticks a lot of boxes.

Where does your team need strengthening?
Goalkeeper. Chris Maxwell has gone to Charlton on loan for the rest of the season while Declan Rudd is currently playing but has been making errors. I would be amazed if a new 'keeper doesn't join before the month is out.
Who do you need to keep hold of?
Midfielder Alan Browne. He has been superb for the last 15 months and is almost certain to play in the Premier League one day. He is on a long-term contract so is going nowhere unless the money gets too good to refuse.
Who is your ideal signing?
There was talk of goalkeeper Tom Heaton from Burnley on loan. He is back in their team now so it will have to be Joe Hart instead.

Where does your team need strengthening?
Loan signings have helped and we have exciting youngsters coming through. But we need to strengthen our forward line as we are still a bit light up front.
Who do you need to keep hold of?
Attacking midfielder Luke Freeman is definitely one we need to hang on to. He has so many assists, he scores goals and his work rate is phenomenal.
Who is your ideal signing?
Signing loan striker Nahki Wells on a permanent deal would be decent. He links with the midfield well and is a threat up front.
