David Moyes picked up his first win since arriving at the London Stadium thanks to a sixth-minute strike from Marko Arnautovic, who scored his first Hammers goal after his summer move.
It inflicted a fourth Premier League defeat of the season on Chelsea, with the reasons for their faltering performances discussed by the panel after the game.
However, much of the attention was on the strong match from West Ham and the contributions from Arnautovic, Michail Antonio and Arthur Masuaku.
Redknapp also said West Ham now need to replicate the same performance each week, while Hammers defender Fonte spoke of his appreciation for the system Moyes adopted at the London Stadium.
