With the group phase complete, we look at all the vital details ahead of Monday's Champions League last-16 draw.

Chelsea, Manchester City, Tottenham, Liverpool and Manchester United have booked their spots in the knockout stage of Europe's premier competition.

When is the last-16 draw?

The Champions League last-16 draw will take place in Nyon on Monday, December 11 at 11am GMT.

How does the draw work?

The draw will consist of two pots - one containing group winners, and the other consisting of runners-up.

There are two stipulations to the draw. No club can be drawn against a team they played in their group, nor against any side from their own association.

The group winners will play the first leg away, which take place on February 13/14 and 20/21, before playing the return leg at home on March 6/7 or 13/14.

Who is in the last 16?

Barcelona, Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain, Roma, Besiktas, Manchester City, Tottenham and Liverpool are through as group winners.

Basel, Bayern Munich, Juventus, Chelsea, Real Madrid, Sevilla, Shakhtar Donetsk and Porto advance to the knockout stages as group runners-up.
