Chelsea travel to West Brom on Friday hoping to clinch the title and we're inviting you to gear up for the crunch Sky Sports clash with Carling In Off The Bar, our fun-packed online show.

Victory at The Hawthorns would seal the Premier League crown for Antonio Conte's side but Tony Pulis has warned his men are ready to poop the party.
