The visitors went behind when Gary Cahill turned into his own net just before half-time, but three second-half goals from Diego Costa, Willian and Eden Hazard completed the comeback.
The 3-1 victory, Chelsea's eighth straight in the Premier League, ensures they remain top of the table this weekend.
Speaking on Sky Sports after the game, Henry said: "What we saw from Chelsea is that they are a team.
"We saw Eden Hazard, yes he scored a goal and could have scored another one, but what I liked about his game is the way he defended, his work rate and what he did for the team.
"When I leave the stadium today I'm going to say to my friend, I saw a team."
