Juventus are to sign Chelsea winger Juan Cuadrado on loan with a view to a permanent move, according to Sky in Italy.
The Italian champions have agreed to pay Chelsea £4.2m to borrow him for the season and will pay £16.8m next summer if they want to make the deal permanent.
Cuadrado spent much of last season on loan at Juve, where he scored four goals in 16 Serie A appearances.
The Colombia international joined Chelsea from Fiorentina for £26.1m in February last year following an impressive 2014 World Cup display in Brazil.
However, Cuadrado has started just four Premier League games for Chelsea and was keen on securing a move back to Italian football.
