UEFA president Michel Platini will appeal his eight-year ban from football on Monday, according to his lawyer.
Platini and Sepp Blatter have been sent full written reasons for their eight-year bans from football, allowing the lawyers for both men to use the document to file formal appeals with FIFA.
"We'll read them, analyse them and launch an appeal on Monday," D'Ales said.
Blatter and Platini were banned for eight years by FIFA's ethics committee last month for conflict of interest in a £1.35m payment deal that is also the subject of a criminal investigation in Switzerland.
Platini has given up his bid to become the next FIFA president, but remains determined to overturn the ban despite FIFA refusing his request last month to bypass its process and appeal directly to the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
"The adjudicatory chamber of the independent ethics committee has fulfilled its commitment to provide the grounds for the respective decisions to Mr. Blatter and Mr. Platini within the first half of January 2016 as they had previously been informed," said a statement from FIFA's ethics committee.
Blatter, who will not be allowed to attend next week's Ballon d'Or ceremony, wants to be cleared before the February 26 FIFA election congress and retain his presidency of UEFA.
Meanwhile, FIFA's ethics judges have extended the suspension of former executive committee member Worawi Makudi while he is under investigation.
The ethics committee judging chamber says it added 45 days to Makudi's initial 90-day ban, which expires on Saturday.
Makudi has been under investigation for his conduct during the 2018 and 2022 World Cup bidding contests.
