David Beckham will be joined by some of the biggest names in football from past and present at Saturday's UNICEF charity match at Old Trafford.

The former Manchester United and England midfielder will captain a Great Britain and Ireland side, managed by Sir Alex Ferguson, along with former Red Devils team-mates Ryan Giggs, Paul Scholes, Nicky Butt and Phil Neville.

His former international team-mates David Seaman, David James, Sol Campbell, John Terry, Jamie Carragher, Ashley Cole and Michael Owen will make up the rest of Beckham's side for the clash, with money raised through ticket sales and matchday donations going to world aid organisation UNICEF.

Patrick Vieira, Michael Ballack, Robert Pires and Patrick Kluivert make up the side, managed by former Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti, while legendary Italian referee Pierluigi Collina will officiate the match.

Beckham has been a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador for over 10 years, and to mark his 10th year with the charity, the 7: The David Beckham UNICEF Fund was set up.

Beckham said: "It's incredible that we're going to be bringing so many of the world's greatest footballers together under one roof for this match.
