Laurent Koscielny of Arsenal

Arsenal defender Laurent Koscielny has been the top-performing Premier League player over the last five games for the second successive week, according to the Sky Sports Power Rankings.

Koscielny, who was benched with a minor injury during Arsenal's 5-1 Champions League defeat to Bayern Munich last Wednesday, made eight clearances and four interceptions during the Gunners' 1-1 draw with Tottenham on Sunday.

Leicester's Jamie Vardy retained his place at No 3 - and No 1 in the Season Rankings - after scoring in his ninth consecutive league game against Watford on Saturday, while fellow England striker Harry Kane moved up to No 4 after scoring for Spurs in the north London derby stalemate.

Southampton defender Virgil van Dijk crept up to No 2, while Manchester City centre-back Nicolas Otamendi continued his gradual climb up the charts to reach No 5.

Arsenal duo Mesut Ozil (No 6, up one place) and Nacho Monreal (No 7, down five places) also retained top 10 positions.

Manchester United's Jesse Lingard was among the big climbers of the week, firing 143 places up the charts to No 69 after scoring against West Brom on Saturday, while Norwich midfielder Jonny Howson (No 115, up 179 places), Aston Villa's Alan Hutton (No 185, up up 152 places) and Fabricio Coloccini (No 110, up 174 places) were other top risers.

Crystal Palace's in-form defender Scott Dann collected the most points from matchday 12 with 5,232.
