Ukraine defender turns heads in Premier League
Sky Sports understands a number of Premier League clubs are tracking Ukraine and Dynamo Kiev defender Yevhen Khacheridi.
The 24-year-old centre-back is rated as Ukraine's best young defender and showed his ability during his country's 2-1 victory over Sweden on Monday night in Euro 2012 Group D, which also features England and France.
One of the player's agents,Christian Emile, says a number of European scouts were checking on the 6ft 5in stopper during the clash in Kiev.
"My partner in Ukraine, who was at the match yesterday, was made aware that there were European scouts checking on Khacheridi," Emile told Sky Sports.
"I am sure that after his good performance against the likes of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, his value will only rise.
"At the moment, however, the player is only looking forward to the prospect of progressing with his country against France and then England."
