Villarreal forward Nicola Sansone scored a stunning long-range strike during his side's 2-1 win over Real Sociedad on Sunday.
Alexandre Pato missed a penalty after a quarter of an hour for the Yellow Submarine before Sansone opened the scoring with a cool finish from Roberto Soriano's disguised pass.
And he added a second with a 60-yard strike that caught Real Sociedad goalkeeper Geronimo Rulli off his line in the 25th minute.
Yuri's angled drive cut the deficit for the visitors 10 minutes later, but Villarreal held on to secure their third consecutive victory.
They are unbeaten in four league games, having won two and drawn two, and travel to Real Madrid next, a game shown live on Sky Sports.
