Oldham striker Rhys Turner has returned to the club after his loan spell with York.
Turner made nine appearances during his spell with the Sky Bet League 2 side, scoring one goal and getting two assists to his name.
The 20-year-old will now be available for David Dunn's team over the hectic Christmas period.
"Rhys has enjoyed a good time there and he will be better for it. He's played games and that's what it's about," Oldham boss Dunn told the club's official website.
"He will now come back into first-team contention and fight for a place in the squad."
