Michael Chopra bagged another pre-season brace to ensure Ipswich came from two goals down to draw 2-2 at non-league Cambridge on Tuesday.
Town were undone by two goals inside the first five minutes as their Blue Square Bet Premier opponents raced out of the blocks at the Abbey Stadium. But Chopra, who scored twice against FC Eindhoven last week, pulled one back from close range in the seventh minute. The summer signing from Cardiff then levelled with a first-time strike midway through the half to make it four goals in three friendlies. Jason Scotland almost won it for Ipswich when his second-half effort struck a post.
