Terriers comeback sinks Rovers
Anthony Pilkington scored one goal and made the other as Huddersfield came from behind to win 2-1 at Bristol Rovers.
Rovers were rewarded for a bright start to the second half when Jo Kuffour put them ahead with an overhead kick from eight yards in the 47th minute.
But Pilkington curled a superb left-footed equaliser from the right corner of the box in the 70th minute and then switched wings to cross for Danny Cadamarteri to head the winner in the 77th-minute.
It was rough justice on Rovers with Huddersfield's Alex Smithies the busier goalkeeper - making fine saves from Kuffour, Darryl Duffy and Steve Elliott.
But man-of-the-match Pilkington was a constant threat for the visitors and caused Joe Jacobson numerous first-half problems. But the Wales Under 21 international full-back was substituted at the break.
