An injury-time winner from substitute David Connolly saw AFC Wimbledon defeat Luton 3-2 at Kingsmeadow.
It looked like the Hatters would earn a point after coming back from 2-0 down, only for Connolly to steal victory with his 93rd-minute strike. Striker Adebayo Akinfenwa should have put the Dons ahead after 13 minutes when, completely unmarked, he fired against a post. The woodwork also denied Sean Rigg midway through the first half. The hosts had the lead in the 27th minute when Akinfenwa's effort was parried by Elliot Justham, with the rebound tucked away by Alfie Potter. Dannie Bulman thundered a shot into the top corner of the net to double the lead but Luton were back in it on the stroke of half time when Jayden Stockley turned home the ball after Luke Guttridge's attempt had come back off a post. Luton levelled after the break when Guttridge set up on loan West Ham striker Elliot Lee for a goal on his debut. But in a frantic finale, Connolly struck to win it for the hosts with almost the last kick of the match.
