Eddie Jones is confident Danny Care will impress at scrum-half for England against Wales

The inclusions of Harlequins scrum-half Danny Care and Bath centre Jonathan Joseph are the only changes to Eddie Jones' England XV ahead of their Six Nations match with Wales at Twickenham on Saturday.

Ben Youngs, who started in the 46-15 victory over Italy in Rome on Sunday, exited after just 10 minutes having picked up a serious knee injury - rupturing medial ligaments.

The injury has ruled the Leicester Tigers man out for the rest of the tournament, and in his place, Saracens nine Richard Wigglesworth was called into the squad.

The 34-year-old has not featured for England since October 2015, but is immediately included among the replacements to face Warren Gatland's side.

In the midfield, Joseph earns a recall as Worcester Warriors centre Ben Te'o drops down to the replacements' bench.

Aside from that, it's as you were for England, as Sam Simmonds starts again at No 8 following his two-try salvo in the Italian capital and Dylan Hartley captains the side once more from hooker.

Wales opened up their championship with an impressive 34-7 victory over Scotland in Cardiff last week, and are unchanged heading to Twickenham.

"We want to make sure our set piece is dominant, our defence is ferocious and that we are at our best against Wales this weekend.
