Mako Vunipola is back in the England training squad ahead of Sunday's Six Nations game against Italy.
The prop sat out the wins over France and Wales due to injury but played 70 minutes for Saracens against Gloucester last Friday.
England coach Eddie Jones was in attendance that night and Vunipola is now likely to be involved against the winless Azzurri at Twickenham.
And Mako's younger brother Billy will join up with England on Tuesday for a medical review but he has not played since suffering a knee injury while on international duty last November and is not expected to feature this weekend.
But Bath wing Anthony Watson is fit and in the 28-man squad after a hamstring strain, and there is also a place for Leicester forward Mike Williams.
England are hot favourites to beat Italy and extend their impressive winning streak to 17 matches.
Jones' side sit top of the Six Nations table after victories over France and Wales, while Italy have been beaten by Wales and Ireland.
