    Verdict

Eminence ran well for third in a tough handicap at Goodwood, though the Ballydoyle colt needs to find a bit more off his current mark upped in trip. The same goes for Almania, also beaten at Goodwood last month, while Universal Order is upped in class after scoring at Bath. FIRST IN LINE is one of the least exposed having dotted up in novice company over 1m2f at Doncaster and may prove to be better than a handicapper in time with this extra distance likely to suit. Hamish is another with plenty of scope now handicapping and is preferred to Kiefer, Skymax and King's Vow while the likes of Land Of Oz, Just Hubert and Starczewski all scored in lesser company over today’s trip last time.
