      Verdict

      Awzaan was very smart two-year-old but things didn't work out as planned last season, though he was only beaten half-a-length by Delegator in a Listed race at Newbury in September when Palace Moon was well behind. If Mark Johnston has managed to coax him back to his best over the winter, he could take some stopping here but CHACHAMAIDEE, in first-time headgear, has already proved her fitness with a third at Newmarket earlier this month and is probably the one to beat. Kakatosi stepped up on previous efforts when runner-up to Beacon Lodge at Haydock and has claims on that run but Out Of Nothing looks out of his depth in this grade.
