Three of these are on hat-tricks and Improvised is on a four-timer. The latter stepped up to this trip for the first time at Epsom and had no problems landing a handicap so a 4lb rise looks manageable. Sweet Enough easily landed a maiden at HQ then won a Class 4 Yarmouth handicap though is up 7lb for this tougher race whereas SPIRIT OF BERMUDA has only gone up 3lb for scoring in this grade at Newmarket so looks the one to beat. Makinitup has completed a double in testing conditions at Lingfield so more rain would greatly enhance her claims while Ken Condon's horses have been in great form in Ireland and Affable won easily at Cork, though has to race from 10lb higher. Rising Star and Arabian Romance are others arriving in winning form.
