Indian Spark In sparkling form last season, including a win over this course and distance. However, has failed to sparkle so far this term and has stiff task at these weights.
Deep Space (IRE) High class sprinter on his day. Fitter for reappearance effort at Newmarket and likely to be closer today.
Tiger Royal (IRE) Ex_Irish horse. Best form on a soft surface and probably best watched for the time being.
Yorkies Boy Fair sprinter who ran quite well at Beverley last time but has never won a handicap and unlikely to start here.
Further Outlook (USA) Course and distance winner but not in the best of form this season and faces a stiff task at the weights anyway.
Halmahera (IRE) Reasonably be treated on best form and ran well at Haydock last time. However, has never and this is not the easiest course to come with a late flourish won a handicap
Sartorial (IRE) At his best when fresh so don't worry about lack of a recent outing. Not badly treated just three pounds higher than good win at Newmarket last year. well drawn and could be capable of a bold show.
Guinea Hunter (IRE) Ran quite well on reappearance and is now a pound lower than when third in Ayr Gold Cup. Won't mind any conditions and not one to rule out entirely, though he doesn't win too many.
Manorbier Rose steadily up the weights after a very good season last year, but does not appear to be in the same form yet this season.
Magic of Love Excellent fifth in competitive handicap at Newmarket on reappearance. Well drawn here and a reproduction off the same mark would see her go close.
Honesty Fair Won her last two starts last season but has taken a big hike in the weights and she may just need the run today.
Candleriggs (IRE) Lightly raced five-year-old who does go well fresh, but 8lbs higher than when winning at Kempton last season and would have to produce a career-best performance to reach the frame here.
Galloway Boy (IRE) Decent third over five furlongs here yesterday, but his form over this extra furlong is not very inspiring.
Capricho (IRE) Classy sort but all three wins have come over seven furlongs and he may just need the run here according to his trainer.
Lago di Varano Tough and genuine 9-y-o who won first time out at Windsor this season but has struggled since and others are preferred here.
Kathology (IRE) His two wins have come over the minimum trip but was a good third to Marsad over this trip at Newmarket and would have decent claims on that form. Wouldn't mind some more rain.
Pays d'Amour (IRE) Close second to Lago Di Varano at Windsor but form of that race not working out particularly well and this look harder.
Shatin Venture (IRE) Well beaten in weaker race at Hamilton on reappearance and overall form does not look good enough in a race like this.
Lord Pacal (IRE) Much better on fast ground so his two starts this season can be excused and he should be spot on now. Still faces quite a stiff task at the weights though.
Ellens Academy (IRE) Running from 11 pounds out of the handicap and this is a much stiffer task than he faced when winning at Southwell last time.
