The last three winning yards are well represented and Paul Hanagan sticks with Haydock third Great Prospector rather than the returning Aljady of Richard Fahey’s duo. Jockey bookings also point to recent acquisition Arecibo of David O’Meara’s trio while Staxton looks to head Tim Easterby’s three runners. Whinmoor may prove best of his stable’s three representatives but Vibrant Chords makes more appeal with Ryan Moore remaining loyal having been narrowly beaten in a tough sprint at Kempton last month. Desert Doctor has also been winning on the all-weather this year and Wentworth Falls went close in this grade at Doncaster recently but REPUTATION looked invigorated by a switch to Ruth Carr’s yard when beating several of these at Ripon on his reappearance. He’s upped 8lb but scored by three lengths on that occasion and another bold bid is anticipated.
