      Verdict

      NEMORALIA ended last year with a couple of big runs in Grade 1 contests in the USA including a third at the Breeders’ Cup in October. She’s reunited with winning partner Frankie Dettori for this and is 10lb clear of her nearest rival Thetis on official ratings. The latter returns to action after finishing second in the Rockfel at Newmarket in September and is in turn clear of Czabo. Mick Channon’s filly made a winning return in a handicap at Sandown and is preferred to Rebel Surge, who finished ahead of Veena when sixth in the rescheduled Fred Darling at Chelmsford last time. Aljuljalah is persisted with at this level and we may not have seen the best of her yet.
