Jamaican Bolt easily beat a subsequent winner at Southwell last month and doesn't look badly treated on his handicap debut but a high draw has been largely beneficial in sprint races on the Knavesmire so far this week so we are taking MR OPTIMISTIC to add to wins already this year at Wolverhampton and Haydock. Richard Fahey's gelding has only been put up 3lb for his latest success and Paul Hanagan takes over the reins here. Gottcher looks to be improving while it would be no surprise to see Eland Ally run well on his reappearance off a low weight. Diamond Vine is a speedy sort and beat the consistent Millyluvstoboogie at Bath in October - he may be best of the rest.
