Dungannon arrives in peak form but may just find this on the sharp side after scoring at Ascot and over an extra furlong at Haydock. After his Haydock success, Imperial Legend ran a fine race behind Hazelrigg at Ayr but he's shot up the ratings and is now on his highest ever mark. Kyleakin Lass doesn't win often but looked ready to score soon when runner-up to New Fforest at Leicester. However, just behind in fourth that day was PEARL BLUE, who won this last year and was having her first start since May. Chris Wall's mare looks well handicapped and is taken to complete the double. The consistent Fitz Flyer is another to consider in an open contest.
