Verdict

An open race to end the card and notes should be taken on at least a handful of the contenders; not least Llamadas, who may represent more value than Distinctly Game and Rancho Cucamonga, who are worthy of monitoring for signs of support. So too are Negas, Open Verdict and Lady Dan, who all hail from shrewd yards and will be very interesting if supported. However, it may be worth chancing Llamadas as there was plenty to like about the way he picked up in the closing stages on his debut at Mussleburgh. The son of Josr Algarhoud is related to plenty of winners at or around this trip and, as he hails from one of the less obvious yards, Llamadas is our value call to round off the meeting today.
