A typically-competitive affair to bring down the curtain on racing on the Knavesmire this year. Via Serendipity has won two of his last three but has never raced over a trip this far. JEAN BAPTISTE beat Lucander and Man Of The Night on soft going at Newmarket in May and hasn’t done a lot wrong since. He finished ahead of Ralph Beckett’s charge again in the Cambridgeshire two weeks ago and Aled Beech utilises his 5lb claim on the gelding again. Spirit Dancer and Tilsitt are in good form while One Journey steps down from Listed class and Possible Man and Something Enticing are other three-year-olds to consider.
