Verdict
PELIGROSO is the pick with Kings Gambit and Wasan as the dangers. The selection. Godolphin having two recruits from overseas and Dettori has selected the son of Trempolino. There was no hiding place against the likes of Charlie Farnsbarns at Newbury so this ex-German Group 3 performer is clearly held in a bit of regard. Kings Gambit was no match for Kirklees over course and distance though conditions stakes look to be the right angle to pursue at the moment. Wasan has the edge of experience over a number of these. He offered nothing in blinkers when tried in the Hambleton but he has battled his way through the handicap route to get here. Dream Lodge has been busy this term though has failed to go on since posting victory at Doncaster in July. Once More Dubai has not been seen out since finishing fifth in the Festival Stakes at Goodwood. Blizzard Blues and Demolition have it to do on the official figures. Peligroso gets our pick.
