Verdict

NATHANAEL GREENE (NAP) won a competitive handicap when upped to today’s trip at Haydock. There looks more to come over the distance and the Haggas charge is preferred to stablemate Post Impressionist. The latter, Zain Nights and Flamborough were all beaten by Double Cherry last time though not by far and that quartet are hard to separate. Pons Aelius is another with recent form at Haydock having finished ahead of Adjuvant when third over today’s distance while Aimeric returned to form over 1m5f at Ayr. The Gadget Man completed a double with a victory at Yarmouth and makes more appeal than last week's Redcar winner Zimmerman in this grade.
