This is a tough race for punters to call but Forthright looks to hold solid claims and gets our vote ahead of She's Our Lass and Bold Act. The selection should get the strong pace that he needs here and he is in really good heart at present having finished a close third behind Altay at Newbury last month. He will handle the give in the ground and is the one to beat. She's Our Lass wasn't beaten far in a competitive handicap at Pontefract last time behind Major Magpie and she has to be considered on ground that will suit her. Bold Act should be suited by the drop in trip, although he has been rising in the weights after a string of consistent efforts. Invasion won well last time but will find life tougher today under a penalty, while Fremen is a course and distance winner and is another with claims. However, for the winner we will stick with the in-form Forthright.
