      Verdict

      Gambling Spirit appreciated the return to this trip when winning at Folkestone last time and has solid claims of following up off her 3lb higher mark today so gets the vote to follow up at the main expense of Bavarica and Beldon Hill. The last mentioned has had the three runs necessary for a handicap mark and Clive Brittain's colt could be of interest off what looks a fair mark. Al Rayanah has been running consistently well and is entitled to be thereabouts again, while River Mist Image is open to improvement but is hard to recommend on all known form. Bavarica is another consistent performer and has to be considered but preference is for Gambling Spirit, who is taken to follow up his Folkestone success.
