In the opener, Mahrajaan is selected, with best of the rest possibly proving to be Indian Sabre and Another Genepi. The John Gosden-trained selection finished a good third to Purple Moon on his seasonal return, should be sharper for that effort and the form looks good enough to make him competitive anyway. Swains Bridge, who might need further than today's trip in time, showed promise at Doncaster last time, while Jeremy Noseda's 50,000 guineas purchase Indian Sabre is another that has to be given some thought. Another Genepi's form is fair and she should be sharper for her Kempton run, while Pearl's Girl's soft-ground Newmarket third in October makes her another that has to be mulled over. Finally, Servilia should be sharper for her seasonal return at Windsor and is a potential improver and Iwunder has shown promise in each start to date. For the selection, though, we will stick with Mahrajaan.
