AL MARMOON can break his maiden tag third time of asking at the expense of Daniel Defoe and Hidden Brief. The selection improved from his debut to finish an eye catching second to Box Office at Leicester earlier on in the month. With further improvement still to come he should prove difficult to beat. Of the newcomers Daniel Defoe looks the most interesting on breeding. His connections are more than capable of producing them fit enough to win first time out so he should be monitored closely in the betting market. The same can be said about Hidden Brief who is a Barathea filly so will more than likely need further in time. So for the winner we return to Al Marmoon.
