ALFREDTHEORDINARY is taken to land the opener at the expense of Mick Is Back and Ricci De Mare. The selection has been knocking on the door of late finishing second on each of his last two starts. He was beaten less than a length on the all weather behind Yes Eighteen last time out and if he is able to translate that form onto the turf then he is sure to go close once again. Mick Is Back won a similar contest at bath last month and has since run with credit so any market moves should be noted. The same can be said about Ricci De Mare who broke her maiden tag at Southwell in March and has been unlucky not to have got her head in front the last twice in similar company including when second over course and distance last time out so is worthy of respect. But for the winner we return to Alfredtheordinary.
