        Verdict

        None of the newcomers in this make much appeal on pedigree, though those with experience don’t set a particularly high standard. KING OF ITHACA was clearly in need of the experience at Kempton. Marco Botti’s charge attracted market support that day and better is expected. Cancan In The Rain has hinted at ability in both starts and Playupskyblues didn’t handle Goodwood on debut so could also play a part given his stable has done well with its two-year-olds this summer.
