A number of these have solid claims but Westgate Run put in an encouraging effort in defeat last time and she may be able to make the most of a lenient mark tonight. Anyhow, Strathspey and Individual Talents make up the main body of the opposition but it also would be no surprise to see Transcendentale run well at a big price. But Westgate Run is very well treated on the pick of her form at present and she may just have needed the run last time, in what was her first outing on the Flat since the turn of the year. Paul Hanagan knows the mare very well and was in the plate when she rid herself of the maiden tag at Warwick three years ago. The daughter of Emperor Jones has consistently paid her way since then and she is the one to be with here with the trip and ground also in her favour.
