A wide-open handicap rounds off proceedings with many in-form rivals in opposition, including Kind Emperor, Our Lady and Lucefer and we will take a chance on Kind Emperor. The six-year-old has been in good form of late and won well last time out when beating Satyr in a classified stakes race at York. He should be hard to beat with conditions again in his favour. Our Lady rates the main danger. She was fourth behind Kind Emperor last time and is slightly better off at the weights but will need to improve again to get her revenge on that rival. Lucefer could also go well. He won well last time out when defeating Mister Clinton but that was over seven furlongs and, although he has won over this trip, his form is better over the shorter distance. Of the remainder Lord Chamberlin is well in on some of his best-placed form but he is hard to win with so we are happy to side with Kind Emperor.
